We want you to be completely satisfied with your JOAH BROWN purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse inspections are complete, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method or for your exchange to be shipped out.
